Orbit advises w3.fund on its first closing.

A group of serial founders (Feliks Eyser, Tim Keding, André Kanya) launched its new venture capital fund focused on Web3 applications. The Berlin-based fund, supported by Code University alumni Vicktoria Klich, Henrik Bredenbals and Jonathan Kuhl, has successfully completed its first closing.

More than 35 limited partners participated. Among them are successful founders, athletes, family offices, corporates and asset managers. The volume of the first generation fund will amount to a maximum of EUR 25m. The fund has already invested in 15 companies.

Orbit advised on all legal, regulatory and tax aspects as well as on fundraising and all ESG/impact-matters.
