Orbit advises EIF on anchor investment in Extantia Climate Flagship II.

The European Investment Fund (EIF) has made an anchor investment in Extantia’s Climate Flagship Fund II to support its mission to backing pioneers driving innovation in the climate sector. Extantia’s Climate Flagship Fund II focuses on pan-European early-stage investments supporting and developing asset-based technologies that enable the clean energy transition across various energy intensive and high emitting sectors, such as industry, buildings, and transportation.

Orbit advised the EIF on all legal and tax aspects and helped ensure alignment with EIF’s specific investment requirements and policy goals.
