Orbit advises Nucleus Capital on the closing of its EUR 40m Climate Deep-Tech VC Fund.
Nucleus Capital, a Germany-based venture capital firm, has closed its EUR 40 million climate deep-tech venture capital fund. The fund focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage companies rethinking food production or industrial production using synthetic biology.
LPs include KfW Capital, EIF, Rentenbank, as well as food- and industry-focused family offices.
The GP advisory team at Orbit advised Nucleus Capital on all legal, tax, and regulatory aspects during the fund's structuring.
