Orbit advised Earlybird on the fund structure to participate in the EUR 100m Series C financing round of Upvest, a Berlin-based fintech company redefining investment infrastructure. Upvest enables businesses to offer end users access to fractional exchange-traded funds (ETFs), stocks, mutual funds, and soon ELTIFs, bonds, and derivatives in any currency.
