FINVIA is collaborating with LBBW Asset Management to launch an exclusive PE investment program. This cooperation will make renowned private equity funds available for investment by private wealth clients of BW-Bank. The co-mingled investment program will invest in the current vintage funds of some of the most successful global managers of private equity funds. A fantastic team-up to further access to alternative assets for private investors.

Orbit advised FINVIA on all legal, regulatory and tax matters in connection with structuring and setting up this multi-jurisdictional PE investment program.
