Orbit advises 2bx on their first closing of UrbanTech Fund I.

2bx is a Berlin-based venture capital firm, focused on solutions for challenges in urban areas and topics such as climate change, population density, livability and circularity. Their UrbanTech Fund I will support early-stage companies in Europe that specialize in these areas. To facilitate changes in the area of urban living, the fund’s investments flow into a range of industries, for example real estate, mobility and logistics.

2bx invests in UrbanTech startups, from pre-seed to Series A. Its portfolio companies include Enzo, Circus and JUCR, startups focused on livability and climate change protection.

Orbit advised 2bX on all contractual, tax and regulatory aspects of the fund structuring and marketing, as well as on investor negotiations.
