415 Capital, a global leader in medical technology venture capital, has launched its second fund, 415 Capital Fund II, with a target volume of EUR 150 million. The fund will focus on advancing life-saving technologies to treat cardiovascular and neurovascular diseases.
Early investors include prominent limited partners such as the European Investment Fund (EIF), KfW Capital, and Wachstumsfonds Deutschland, along with several reputable family offices from Europe and North America.
The GP advisory team at Orbit advised 415 Capital on all legal, tax, and regulatory aspects of the structuring, marketing and closings of the fund.
